When children begin to understand their mind-body connection, it creates an understanding and confidence in who they are.
They thrive through movement, postures, rhyming play, songs, music, dance, laughter, mindfulness, meditation, games, & relaxation techniques.
They also learn all about their magic breath and how that helps regulate emotions and energy levels.
All our teachers are highly trained, current working with children checks, insurances and first aid always up to date, and Covid safety compliant.
